Recently, Sangoma -Provider of Unified Communication Solutions- introduced two new product. PBXact 25 and PBXact 400. PBXact 25 is our smallest on-premise based appliance built for small businesses looking to seamlessly integrate IP phones and VoIP trunks while improving employee collaboration and productivity with a large suite of advanced features. This appliance supports up to 25 licensed users and 15 simultaneous calls.
PBXact 400 is also a premise-based IP PBX appliance but built for mid-size enterprises and branches of colocations and supports up to 400 licensed extensions and 150 simultaneous calls. These products include all PBXact features including Call Recording Reports, Class of Service, Conference Pro, Extension Routing, Fax Pro, SysAdmin Pro, Voicemail Reports and etc.
It also has User Control Panel for Personal Administration functionality and compatible with the Zulu UC Desktop. PBXact 25 & 400 is compatible with all SIP Phones in the market, but when integrated with Sangoma IP Phones, it can give you a bunch of unique feature second to none. The Phoneapps on Sangoma IP Phones will create a true UC when boundled with them.
